Usage at Your Own Risk: The purchase and use of TrekLight Pty Ltd products, including Wheel Carriers, Ladders, Combos, and Universal "Backpack" Carriers, is entirely at the discretion and risk of the purchaser. These products are not designed for off-road or corrugated surfaces.

Vehicle-Specific Use: TrekLight products are intended for use exclusively on the vehicle for which they are specifically manufactured. Please note the following specific guidelines:

Wheel Carriers: Rated to carry only one standard spare wheel and tire for the intended vehicle.

Ladders: Must be used strictly as directed and are not designed to bear weight while the vehicle is in motion. Ladders are inherently dangerous and should not be used by children or individuals who cannot safely climb a ladder. Installation and use of TrekLight Pty Ltd ladder products are undertaken at the vehicle owner's risk.

Proper Installation: All TrekLight products must be installed following the provided instructions. The installation should use the included fasteners. In the event of defects in the supplied fasteners, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to promptly notify TrekLight for replacements.

Maintenance: Regular maintenance of TrekLight products should adhere to the installation instructions provided with each unit.

ADR Compliance: To ensure compliance with Australian Design Rules (ADR), you may need to install aftermarket options to accommodate additional brake lights, indicator lights, reverse lights, or any other tail light functionalities that may not meet ADR regulations.

Barn Door Caution: For products installed on barn doors, be aware that they are designed not to extend beyond the first 90-degree tension point on the factory doors. Forcing the barn doors past this tension point may result in damage to the vehicle or the product.

Assumption of Risk: The installation and use of any TrekLight Pty Ltd products are undertaken at the sole risk of the purchaser and the driver of the vehicle.
